With today’s attention economy being filled with social media alerts, overstimulating digital content, and mega entertainment, many event organizers struggle to create events that keep attendees engaged. As a result, attendees often leave feeling bored, uninspired, unchanged—and sometimes even critical of the event experience. With Unforgettable I equip event organizers to create memorable, life-changing experiences by minimizing five common negative forces and uniquely crafting meaningful moments for each audience served.
Leaning into my broad experience with churches, corporations, non-profits—and mostly recently with Social Media Examiner—I share an inspirational model that reveals how my events regularly get reviews like “Best Event Ever.” Using the metaphor of baking bread, I show event planners and event owners how different ways of combining the primary ingredients of any event can make it average, boring, or unforgettable. Unforgettable provides special focus on the ingredients that make the biggest impact, such as content and connections, as well as some of the hidden choices that event organizers take for granted.
